Biographie

Amaranta Gonzalez is a passionate fashion designer who is ready to implement her knowledge and techniques to the fashion world. Born and raised most on her life Ecuador, then moving to Costa Rica and Paraguay. The diverse cultures and social attitudes of different countries appealed to her creative mindset. Her open-minded nature allowed her to lead an international lifestyle, which helped when she moved to Canada. Being original is one of her strongest qualities: she does not like to go with the status quo. Amaranta has always been involved in art and design, having started drawing courses when she was 5 years old. As the years passed, she loved to create new things. She is skilled not only in drawing, but also painting, sculpture, visual composition, and fashion. Draping, Patternmaking and Sewing are one of the principal abilities that Amaranta can do, but there is one of them that stand out. Sewing is one of the most relaxing things she could discover. She loves to experiment with different fabrics, threads, beads, and new techniques.
