Veg-Biryani is made with rice, whole spices, saffron and marinated creamy vegetables, mint and nuts. Lamb shank very famous dis of restaurant. use of herbs and spices, by slow cooking in a delicious sauce seasoned with garlic, ginger cardamom served with vegetables and rice.
