classical french dish served with whipped mash and baby carrots on side. cooked carrot, pearl onion and has taste of wine too.
egg custard with running egg and crouton on side. delicious dish for breakfast.

roasted pork cooked with thyme and salt and pepper. taste really good.
potatoes cooked with chicken stock.
trout cooked skin on with almonds to it and butter for creamy flavor.
chicken cordon bleu cooked always with folded cheese and ham inside. nice to have as dinner and cheese too. served with sauce on side.
