For my "Private Label Development" course in winter 2024, we had to create our own private label and create a knit collection line. My team and I developed Shizen, a sustainable and ethically manufactured knitwear collection for Fall/Winter 2025, targeting B2B retail customers. I contributed with the market research, defining the target audience, and developing a pricing strategy that positioned Shizen as a premium yet accessible brand.. Through in-depth market research, we positioned Shizen as a quiet luxury brand, offering versatile knitwear crafted from eco-conscious materials. Our project demonstrated a strong understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and branding strategies, resulting in a compelling collection proposal.
