SMCL23 - Soirée Mode Collège LaSalle

For SMCL23 I was a team leader for the models for Reality Check. The concept for our theme was to showcase the contrast between the makers of clothing and the end consumer. For the models team, I delegated tasks for everyone in the team to complete. We contacted agencies to recruit our models for the photoshoot. We sent emails to the models who were chosen to walk our theme. We organized multiple meetings to make sure everything was going according to plan. In preparation for the show, I was able to assit during the casting by taking every models measurements and entering them into the right documents for the stylists. I also assisted in the fittings by inserting all of the chosen models outfits into the stylings team documents. I assisted in the rehearsals of the show by guiding the models through the choreography, making sure they were prepared for the show etc. On the show day my team and I all coordinated the models schedules to make sure their hair, makeup and outfits were ready to go.
