Condo - sample unit

The blocking plan is a crucial element in any project, serving as a puzzle that requires careful solving to meet the client's requirements, adhere to design standards, and comply with city codes. I find great enjoyment in tackling this challenge, especially when faced with limited space and numerous specifications, as exemplified by this condo project. The client's requests include a walk-in closet, office space, a full bathroom, a spacious kitchen with a separate dining area, ample storage, and a washer/dryer set.
