Brand market development - The North Face

This project is the development of a brand extension, where the goal was to explore new ways to open new markets for our favorite brand. In my case, it's "The North Face," where the goal was to incentivize loyal customers by taking them to pop-up stores in remote locations. The first to arrive would receive discounts of over 70%, as well as the return of any branded products that were in poor condition.
