Biografía
No matter where I have been geographically or mentally, interior design has always
conjured feelings of creativity, uniqueness and freedom in my life. I find the effect our spaces
and surroundings can have on our thoughts and reality fascinating, and am thus deeply curious
about the different ways in which psychology influences with interior design.
My name is Sofia Prado Berecochea and I was born and raised in Mexico. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City and a Diploma Certificate in Interior Design from LaSalle College Vancouver.
My true passion and deep interest towards interior design has always been there and I am confident I can supplement and translate my psychology skills with interior design.
I pay close attention to detail and love to design spaces that benefit functionality, flexibility and safety. My preferred style leans toward mid century and bohemian as I enjoy combining colors and patterns with the available space and lighting.
My designs are greatly influenced by passion, purpose and direction, and I'm highly motivated to continue to spread awareness on why interior design really matter.
