Happiness Senior Center

This project is going to create a leisure and entertainment space for elderly people. It is an age-friendly design, which is a place to assist the elderly to have a healthy life. In addition to needing the company of family members, the elderly can also have their own independent life. Even as elderly people, they can still have a richly colourful life. They can also develop their own interests like young people and socialize with each other. The creation of a physical environment through supporting the elderly has independence and lifestyle choices. The physical environment is to be purpose-designed to address an individual’s evolving needs through the provision of a physical fabric that provides positive support and choice. An individual activity space to rightsized while they can, to maximize their lifestyle opportunities, or to access extra support for themselves and/or their spouse. Giving the elderly greater independence in life, it can be done through the creation of environments that support the concepts of privacy, dignity and respect.
