Sneakerbox - Commerical Design

CLIENT BRIEF：Sneakerbox is one of Canada’s leading Streetwear and Sneaker boutiques. It globally sourced high quality premium sneakers, streetwear since 2008. It wishes to be perceived by the public as a life of casual leisure taste. DESIGN CONCEPT: The concept for this project is inspired from the client’s branding and skateboard culture, which are modernism and urbanism. The key theme throughout the space is a modern urban look inspired by the “Concrete Canyons” in city’s skateparks, bringing sense of the sneaker subculture community into the interior space. To accomplish the scenes, the overall layout is open with an unobstructed view. The interior has a predominantly black background to reflect the dark, masculine branding image. The display area will contrast with the main background to showcase the merchandise. The whole design links together, while addressing the idea of “Concrete Canyons”.
