This portfolio is a quick overview of my practicum at Bacchus Restaurant and Lounge. This class aims to gain real-life experience in a professional kitchen. With the help of Chef Atifa Prinsloo and chefs at Bacchus, I had a great time and learned a lot of valuable knowledge relevant to the industry.
