Experiencia
Experience in Customer Care 2019-2020 ; Worked as a full time Customer Care Representative for Air Canada from October 2019 - March 2020. Currently working full time asd a Customer Experience agent at SSENSE.
Experience in the service industry 2017-2019; Worked full time at a grocery, worked at the deli counter, responsible for catering, serving food, packaging food, inventory, and cleaning. Through experience, began running the cheese counter, responsible for inventory, receiving product shipments, cutting and serving.
Experience in shipping and receiving 2016-2017 ; Worked full time at a healthfood store for a year and a half. Learnt the works of the department inside and out, trained new coming managers of the department, met company representatives, worked with head offices, reponsible for handling inventory issues and new product issues, assisted on the floor when short staffed, and was responsible for handling and filing bills and purchase orders.
Event Organizing and Leadership; Leadership course taken for two yaers at Saint-Thomas High School, organized school dances, worked as a bouncer, organized events such as the Terry Fox run, school pride day events, and more.
Event Organizing 2010-2014; Ringette Association, volunteered and assisted in tournaments and in organizing annual charity events.
