Wiener Schnitzel- pounded out pork tenderloin, breaded and pan fried, served with spaetzle and roasted brussels sprouts and mushroom cream sauce
Pacific Sole fresh pacific sole filleted and breaded and deep fried, served with pilaf rice and mediterranean lentil salad and garnished with fresh herbs and lemon slice.
