This project aims to restructure and optimize the internal operations of Alcance, a digital marketing agency based in Trujillo, Peru. The proposal addresses issues such as undefined roles, inefficient task management, and overreliance on interns. The solution includes creating defined departments, appointing experienced leaders, adopting digital tools like Trello and HubSpot, and hiring skilled professionals to strengthen the agency’s performance. Ultimately, the goal is to increase efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and position Alcance as a leader in the local marketing industry.
