A hiring plan document including job descriptions, orientation materials, and a timeline for the hiring process. 2. A detailed training program outline, including training materials and a schedule for the first three months. 3. A performance evaluation framework including KPIs, evaluation forms, and feedback processes. 4. A report on remuneration analysis, proposed changes, and a communication plan for implementation.
