Reduction of KPI

This project was created with the objective of reduce the number of defective parts. For 8 months I did the inspection of the packages that have more complains from the customer, proposed new ways to better accommodate the parts and test it. Once the client approved the idea, the project was implemented and the indicator that was 5% reduced to 0,01% of damaged parts. A huge gain for the company, resulting in customers satisfied and assurance of quality of the parts.
