This collection is inspired by Y2K and 90s fashion. The collection features a streetwear aesthetic that includes leather and denim, making it easy to remember the good old days spent with friends after school and those late nights following a night ‘of partying. To add to that nostalgia, the set also has a rice bag print on it. The graphic features a rabbit to commemorate the year of the bunny and to symbolise the youth we all possess. So, in order to portray the Asian community in Montreal, this collection was also influenced by a variety of K-pop music videos and the film, Fallen Angels. Many businesses have aided and supported the Stop Asian Hate movement ever since the pandemic, but are they doing so to raise awareness or to gain influence? Asian Canadians frequently believe that taking action is wrong. because we don't want to cause controversy. Yet, following the movement, we changed our perspective and began to take action. Because we possess that innocence and purity, | believe the bunny best portrays us. Also, rice is another factor that represents purity, which all of us enjoy and eat with our family, friends, or even alone. It's a must and a comfort food to us. I hope this collection will bring joy and a bundle to the community.
