SMCL 23 - Impulse Control

During our second year, my class and I organized the 10th edition of the Soirée Mode Collège LaSalle fashion show. We were responsible for overseeing the process from the concept creation to the final presentation. I was part of the styling team, in charge of developing the creative direction for a total of 30 looks. Our concept, Impulse Control, explored the current state of the fashion industry and the impacts of consumer behaviour, leading to overconsumption. Our goal was to raise awareness of potential solutions. The looks were presented in 3 phases: past, present, and future. The clothes gradually transitioned from a representation of overconsumption to slow fashion.
