Final Project - Leatelier

For my final year at LaSalle College, my team and I decided to create a leather jacket refurbishing business. Our business has two key revenue streams; the first is the repairing service where customers bring in their jackets and we repair any damages to the jacket it also includes personalization of the jacket, the second service is our capsule collection where we buy jackets in bulk form thrift stores and restore them and customize them to our brand's identity. For the labour we planned on collaborating with Coronet Leather, which is also owned by the parents one of my teammates.
