The following project has its design based on the concept of the French phrase: Joie de Vivre. This phrase is often used to express a cheerful enjoyment of life, an exultation of spirit. It can be a joy of conversation, joy of eating, joy of anything one might do. And joie de vivre may be seen as a joy of everything, a comprehensive joy, a philosophy of life. The Joie de Vivre Senior Residence was designed under a cheerful colourful and frenzy concept, respecting senior people's limitations and providing them with a happy, comfortable and enthusiastic environment. Joie de Vivre Senior Residence will provide their guests with a sense of enthusiasm, a spirit of joy, high spirits, and frenzy, in which good times and passion for life are expressed with an abundance of excitement.
