Intro to Baking Course, Spring 2022

A collection of the weekly reflections and product images from my studies of Intro to Baking in Spring 2022. This course specializes in the practice of straight doughs, quick breads, cookies, and pies. The basic concepts of baking are taught and improved upon throughout the 10 weeks of class.
