As part of the annual report team for the Canadian Optimist Children’s Foundation, I engaged in a multifaceted process. First, we meticulously consolidated information from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Next, we conducted a thorough analysis of the financial data, distilling key insights to present visually appealing infographics for our audience. Creating custom graphics and layouts involved selecting appropriate logos and adhering to the foundation’s brand colors. To capture the impact of our projects, we proactively reached out to project managers, gathering firsthand insights and impactful project photos. Finally, we meticulously crafted paragraphs to explain our findings, weaving them into a beautiful document using Canva— leaving the document to be edited in the future for the annual reports to come.
