Biography

Hailing from the Himalayas, I spent my childhood watching my mother and grandmother run our family kitchens. Boys Traditionally weren't a part of the kitchen, but in a family of all boys and me being the youngest I always got a chance to participate in the kitchen activities and cook with my mother. The expression of love through food was felt by the younger me and had left an impact to learn, understand & explore culinary arts. At the age of 20 I decided to take this field professionally and I have been loving and exploring this job. Worked & still working with leading Industry Chefs.
