This is the first class to learn about pastry industry. I got all the basic knowledge of baking bread, pie, and cookies.
This is the basic bread that everyone in the pastry must to know.
From Focaccia, I learned more about the other bread and technique of different bread.
Also, I got more knowledge about different flour and grains.
Other technique that I learned is cookies.
The next one is making muffin, which is really easy to make and good to eat.
The only challenge here is how to make sure it baked and not burnt in the bottom.
One of the technique must to know is making scones.
This technique is quite hard because of the dough is really bad to handle since it sticky and hard to shape.
Last but not least is the technique to make a pie. This is a really fun technique to learn and the result is amazing to taste.
After this class, I trusted in myself more and ready to walk further into the industry.
