Humans needing love and warmth is a subject of great importance and it is necessary that we all understand this amidst the pandemic era. Using warm lighting modes, and light colours for all the props in the composition, love and warmth has been portrayed in its purest form. The series of images I photographed have represented how regardless of gender and identity, we can come across as simplle humans who need a touch, a hug, a feeling of dependency towards one another when we rise above our own egos. I have portrayed bare skin to conceptualize human nakedness, but that of the soul that craves for warmth. I have also used inspirations from historical paintings and greek drapery to give my pictures a touch of renaissance in a calm, sensual, romantic perspective. How we enjoy and live for the purest feeling of being held, being touched or how we find textures to be appealing to us, were all thoughts that were drawn from my own personal life at a glance.
