My name is Louis Oliver and I want to own my own culinary business. I come from a family of many chefs who work in place in Indonesia and Singapore. While I want to learn how to be a chef, I also want to do so in my own business, whatever it may be. I think this culinary class is just the one to teach me what I need to know.
