The Button

“The Button” is a project which means to study the function of the door in a house, which is similar to that of a button on your clothes. A button is a classical fashion element, while a handle is a classical element in furnishing, thus the idea to fuse the two of them. Observing a coat with particular round buttons with round borders lead to create a handle with a similar shape, with the “keyhole” in Aida texture – generally employed in weaving; it’s possible to customize it, rather than keeping it black as in the picture. The colour suggested for the handle are the primary ones, plus black and white, so as to make it as colorful as possibile.
