Planting a Tree to make a New Home

Due to the deforestation and degradation in South Australia, many bird species have been lost or are in severe population decline. Because of deforestation and the removal of trees and mass land, many wildlife animals homes are being destroyed. The Australian Conservation Foundation aims to tackle this issue. The campaign, ‘Make a new home by planting a tree’ was an idea created by three individuals. Our team aimed to tackle this issue graphically, where three scenarios were created into homes, where birds live like humans. We also transformed a real-life area containing tree-stumps into a crime scene, to suggest that the removal of trees is a crime.
