This character is inspired by the idea of someone who works in their community as a shaman. They receive payment for their services in the form of gifts, lending to the patchwork and thrown-together aspects of the outfits. This costume is designed with the fall season in mind, with lots of layers getting thrown on to stay warm as the weather gets colder. The shaman works closely with nature and uses a lot of plants in his work, evidenced by the presence of grass fringe. This character is also a bit of a scatterbrain so he sews important things, such as keys and vials of potion, to his clothing to keep from losing them. The Byzantine era contributes to the looks the idea of tunics, draped pieces of fabric, and things hanging off of clothing, especially around the face.
