- Distribution & Reservation: We learnt the technology vocabulary, GDS systems (Apollo and Sabre), online booking websites, Sirev where we had been taught about commissions, net prices and taxes of flights, hotels and packages and PC Voyage where we had learnt how to create invoices.
- Accounting & Financial Operations in Tourism: We learnt how to create a Financial Plan, made different statements and did financial analysis.
- Creation of Individual Packages: We learnt how to create a FIT package, communicate with clients in a professional way and how to contact with another professional.
- Creation of Group Packages and Events: We learnt how to do an event planning.
- Reservation Systems I & II: We learnt how to use Apollo and Sabre to create a PNR, book flights, hotels and car rentals. We learnt different codes and the tourism alphabet.
