Behind the scenes - Project "Eliett" created by Jessica Valderrama, LCI Bogotá

We interviewed Jessica Valderrama from LCI Bogatá about her creative process for her project "Eliett".
The last week of June we celebrated the Final Project Exhibition, a grand showcase featuring the final degree projects of our students in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Animation, Video Game Design, and Photography. Located on the 6th floor of the new campus, it was part of the LCI Barcelona Final Project Week 2024 program.
The exhibition was designed by faculty member Ana García (director of the Master in Interior Spaces Design) and her studio NeuronaLab taking into account the values of sustainability and health of LCI Barcelona. The supports are made from recyclable and biodegradable Kraft cardboard, and their self-supporting structure respects the building's envelope without the need to nail or attach any elements to the walls or floor. This approach allowed the entire exhibition to be dismantled for future reuse.
The Final Project Exhibition was officially inaugurated at an event attended by Claude Marchand (LCI Education's President and CEO) and Alessandro Manetti (Head of Europe at the network) and began with words from our General Director Sílvia Viudas and Academic Director Miljana Micovic. After the welcome, a guided tour of the different exhibition spaces was conducted with explanations by Area Managers Estel Vilaseca, Anna Pallerols, Pedro Coelho, David Carretero, and Salvatore Elefante. Three of the projects displayed in the Fashion section were created by students from Collège LaSalle Montréal.
